By commissioning me you agree to these terms.

Partial refunds are allowed before client approves sketch phase. The amount will depend on which stage of work I'm up to. Your commission will be stopped after the refund.

Emote commissions are created solely for the client and may be used on their own platforms (etc. Twitch, Youtube, Discord, Twitter, etc).

Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork in any way.

Clients may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.

Client is solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. This includes commissioning artwork of characters not belonging to them and artwork that may be against their preferred platform’s ToS.

Client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction. The final work will be sent via email or Discord.

Commission will begin once full payment is received and cleared through PayPal.

Your commission may be used as samples and posted on my social media, or even streamed when being created. If you’d like for the commission to be kept secret please let me know.

When payment is received and cleared, client will be sent sketches of all emotes. This is where client may make large revisions to the design.

Once all emotes are approved from design phase, emotes will be lined and colored per initial request and sent to client for final confirmation, client may make small changes to colors at this point.

After client approves phase 2, emotes will be cleaned up and resized to Twitch sizes (or YouTube per request) and sent via email or Discord. Changes may be requested for an added fee at this stage.

Please note that commissions will have a turn around time of 4-8 weeks depending on size of request.

Emote and sub badge commissions MAY be used for profit in the form of subscriptions.
